W.I.P. Wednesday {9.14.11}

In Progress:This week... some progress on the Hunky Dory quilt. The top and back are both pieced, now just need to pin and quilt. As of now, I'm undecided how I'm going to quilt this one - perhaps free motion meandering? Any suggestions welcome!

New this week:
Over the past few months, I've been collecting vintage sheets (fat quarters available in my fabric shop), and am now starting on my first "vintage" quilt. Again, nothing crazy, just HST. Here's what I've got so far on the design wall:

  1. Love the Hunky Dory, sorry I can't help you with how to quilt it, I can never decide how to quilt my own.
    The vintage HST's are really pretty.

  2. OH, look at how those vintage sheets are turning out! That is gorgeous.

  3. Your Hunky Dory quilt looks beautiful. I don't have any suggestions on quilting though, I would agree with the meandering. Love those vintage sheet blocks too.

  4. Love those HSTs. Good for you on making progress on the hunky dory quilt. Both of these projects are just lovely. Visiting from WIP.
